Short Summary

What is The 5percent Series of Champions Weightloss Challenge?

Basically, it's a 30 day challenge to lose 5% of your total body weight. Goals are set based on numbers (easier to measure progress). Ex. a 200 lbs. person would have a goal of 10 lbs to lose in one month or final weight goal of 190.

Every month a new challenge begins. Repeat as often as needed or wanted. Most people know what their own personal ideal weight is. Keep repeating the challenge until the final goal is met but concentrate only on the challenge you are involved with currently. Eventually when the ideal weight is achieved enough is learned to maintain that ideal weight. If their is an increase of weight by 10% of the ideal body weight then you would reenter the challenge until the ideal weight is achieved.

As far as what exercise or diet is required that's an individual choice. Experiencing the challenge with others will likely open many paths that will help you find your way to success. Learn from everyone - both the negative and positive. Help, support and share with each other this will bring more value to life which in turn will help you succeed in accomplishing your goals.

The 5percent Series of Champions Weightloss Challenge is a spinoff of the 10percent Series of Champions Weightloss Challenge originated at the beginning of 2009. The primary difference is that the 5percent challenge is a 30 day challenge instead of 60 day like the 10percent challenge. This makes it easier to stay focused on challenge.

Try to remember that it is truly a challenge to succeed - if it were not, everyone would be successful.

Attention Challengers...

This Group is for anyone who wants to lose weight and needs a little incentive to do so, lets all try to make our goals challenging but somewhat attainable by committing to a 5% weightloss for this challenge.example 2oo lbs. person would have a 10 lbs. {5%} weightloss goal and final weight goal of 190 for the 30 day challenge.

This is continuous series of 30 day 5% weightloss challenges. New challenges start on the 1st day of each month although they can be started at any date they must end on the 30th of that month. Together we can do this, so lets get going and have fun as a team.

Requirements:

1. Must complete challenge on 30th of the month (28th or 29th in Feb).
2. Must be committed toward achieving the 5% weightloss goal within the challenge you enroll in.
3. Should be willing to post start, end and occasional stats and/or photos of your progress within challenge.
4. Should be accountable for your failures by posting them here. Example - "It's just not happening for me and I wish to quit." or "I have something going on in my life that requires me to quit this challenge".
5. Must be willing to help, support and praise others.
6. Must be willing to ask for help from anyone within the group when needed.
7. Must try to keep everything as positive as possible by respecting others and understanding that it is truly a challenge to succeed.
8. Should try to have fun and to try to lighten up if it starts to become stressful.

Please RESPECT the group and it's intention's by not solicitating this group. Maybe, you have the greatest weightloss program/product in the world - if so take the challenge, show us your progress, tell us how you did it and post it on YOUR blog or video blog. Please keep all posts, links and video's related to the 2009 - 5% Series of Champions Weightloss Challenge.
